Windows AI features require Copilot+ specs: What does that mean?

Microsoft recently announced the Copilot+ PC criteria. If you want to use local features like Recall, Live Captions, and Cocreator, you will need a laptop that fits strict criteria: a qualified NPU (Neural Processing Unit), at least 16GB RAM, and SSD storage.
